At Thumb Elite Athletics I am responsible for instructing fitness classes, writing personalized workout programs, help teach youth baseball and softball lessons, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Some of the classes I instructed are youth speed and agility, core and stability, circuit training, and co-instructed a fit camp. I created workout programs for my personal training clients. I helped teach golf lessons to youth golfers along with helping teach youth baseball and softball players. I also helped coach a 16U travel baseball team at 4 different tournaments. I created a flyer that we used to get local youth athletes to come in and test their overall athletic ability by using combine training drills and then put them through a 5 week speed and agility program which finished off with a re-assessment from the very first day. I also helped bring another aspect to the facility by setting up a program where the owner of the business can receive videos of baseball and softball athlete’s swings and throwing motion so that he can then correct their form and send them back a video of what he is looking for and exercises that they can do to correct their motion.
